About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Client Experience and Operations. This strategic and execution-focused leader will be responsible for owning the client experience and leading core client support functions to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality service experience. The role involves leading initiatives to improve performance, strengthen client outcomes, and drive operational efficiency at scale. The successful candidate will lead client support functions, including new business implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support teams. They will also be tasked with driving the overall client experience journey, working with various business units to align on priorities, and defining and tracking operational and client KPIs. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years' of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles, with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of workstreams. Experience in a Chief of Staff, operations support, process improvement, or client/customer experience role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and process design and improvement skills, and be adept at cross-functional collaboration and communication. While not mandatory, experience in insurance or claims is considered a plus. The role requires a leader who can foster a high-performing environment, values collaboration, and is committed to continuous improvement.
