About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead its dynamic and forward-thinking physician team. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the organization's growth and will be responsible for setting and advancing a clear vision for OB/GYN and maternity services. This role is pivotal in enhancing the patient experience, differentiating care delivery, and strengthening integration across various healthcare practices. The Chief will also be instrumental in expanding and optimizing the provider model through strategic recruitment and team development. A collaborative and accountable leadership style is essential, as the role operates within a dyad leadership model and requires a focus on both strategic oversight and active clinical practice. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology position at the company will have a strong clinical background in OB/GYN, with a focus on leadership and the ability to influence and lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Experience in improving patient experience, access, and operational performance, as well as exposure to risk-based or value-based care environments, is highly valued. The role demands a physician with an MD or DO degree, board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license. The Chief will be expected to work closely with the Service Line Administrator, fostering a culture of collaboration, consistency, and high performance within the OB/GYN program.
