About the Role

The Company is seeking a President & CEO to lead its organization, which is dedicated to the transformative power of choral music and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven, strategic, and collaborative leader with a deep commitment to the artistic and community-focused values of the organization. Responsibilities for this role include providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership, overseeing the organization's financial health, and leading fundraising and external relations efforts. The President & CEO will also be responsible for fostering a culture of philanthropy, ensuring transparent communication, and leading a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior leadership within a performing arts or mission-driven institution, with a proven track record in strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement. They should be exceptional communicators, adept at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and possess strong financial management skills. The role requires a leader who can balance artistic ambition with organizational and financial sustainability, and who values collaboration and inclusivity. Experience in areas such as audience development, marketing, education, and a familiarity with touring and institutional partnerships are also beneficial. The President & CEO will be expected to maintain a regular presence in the organization's office and be available for in-person meetings and events, including evenings and weekends.
