About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Integrity and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead and oversee business integrity and compliance efforts across its enterprise. This executive will have direct responsibility for the full spectrum of business integrity operations, including auditing, billing compliance, privacy practices, and reimbursement activities, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. The role is pivotal in managing a high-performing team known for its strong work ethic and collaborative nature. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, comfortable with spearheading and supporting change in a complex environment, and will be expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree or Juris Doctor degree being preferred. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should be knowledgeable in all elements of corporate compliance and privacy as they relate to healthcare delivery and higher education. This includes expertise in audit, strategy, business planning, operations, and finance. The role requires a leader who can work closely with the executive team and is capable of managing a team that is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and compliance of the organization.
