About the Role

The Company is in search of a transformational Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the growth of a private-equity-backed robotics and manufacturing platform. This hands-on role is pivotal in setting and executing the company's strategy, building a high-performing leadership team, and driving commercial and operational success. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning and executing the private equity value creation plan, defining the company's strategic vision in the robotics and advanced manufacturing markets, and leading the organization through a defined 3-year growth and exit horizon. Key responsibilities include scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and establishing operational excellence with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making. The ideal CEO will have a background in technology-enabled manufacturing, with a proven track record in a private equity-backed environment. They should be adept at balancing growth, margin, and cash generation, and have experience in M&A strategy, including integration and synergy realization. The role requires a leader who can engage effectively with customers, investors, and the board, and who is prepared to travel as necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced technical degree, and experience in robotics, automation platforms, or related technologies is highly valued. The CEO will also be responsible for preparing the organization for exit, ensuring operational maturity, and developing a compelling equity story.
