About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its private credit secondaries team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, with a primary focus on private credit secondaries, co-investments, fund-of-funds strategies, and direct investments. This role is pivotal in leading transaction workstreams, conducting fundamental analysis, overseeing due diligence, and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership. The Vice President will also be involved in deal execution, portfolio management, and providing operational support to the team. Applicants must have 6-10 years of experience in direct private credit, secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds, or investment banking, with a minimum of 1 year as a VP at a private credit firm. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the firm's capital deployment and portfolio construction within a lean, collaborative team.
