About the Role
The Company is in need of a Chief Executive Officer with a strong focus on growth and expansion within the healthcare services sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading an aggressive growth plan, establishing a solid foundation for future expansion, and ensuring the adoption of best-in-class practices and professional processes. This role requires a strategic and tactical leader with experience in multi-location healthcare services, particularly in a multispecialty group setting. The CEO will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performance team, as well as having a proven track record in recruiting and/or acquiring physicians, building systems and infrastructure, and running an active M&A growth strategy. The ideal CEO for this role at the company will have a background in building out ancillary services to scale and profitability and must be adept at working closely with practitioners, lenders, the equity sponsor, and the Board. The position demands a leader who can not only drive the company's growth but also ensure that the organization is well-prepared to accommodate and sustain that growth. A key aspect of the role is the ability to architect and execute an ambitious expansion initiative, making it essential for the CEO to have a deep understanding of the healthcare services industry and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents.
