About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a strategic role in the overall management of the company, with primary responsibility for all financial-related activities, including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships, and partnership compliance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive management team, providing leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team, and will be expected to have a hands-on approach to the end-to-end supply chain operations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a CPA, CMA, or other related certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CFO or in an equivalent role, particularly in the manufacturing industry, is required. The role demands a proven track record of success in facilitating organizational change and development, excellent judgment, and creative problem-solving skills. The CFO will also be responsible for establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the company's risk profile. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interface effectively with the board of directors and staff.
