About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to be the driving force behind its global R&D strategy. Applicants for the CSO position at the company must have a PhD, PharmD, or MD in a relevant scientific discipline, with a preference for organic chemistry. A minimum of 10 years' progressive senior leadership experience in biotech or biopharma is required, with a proven track record of advancing programs through various stages of development. The role demands a deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks and experience in major submissions. The ideal candidate will have a history of managing complex scientific organizations, evaluating external innovations, and possess strong communication skills for public representation in scientific and clinical settings.
