About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Executive Officer for Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the strategic management of the organization's HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing activities within talent acquisition and talent development, including compensation, workforce well-being services, employment, and management training. This role involves serving as a senior strategic adviser to the executive management team, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's goals. The Deputy Executive Officer will also be involved in data analysis, and the development of metrics for decision-making, and will oversee the implementation of various HR programs and projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of senior management-level experience in HR. The role requires a deep knowledge of HR management principles, public administration, and relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in directing HR activities, developing long-term plans, and effectively communicating with all levels of staff. They should be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and have a proven track record in leadership and teamwork. A valid driver's license and relevant HR certification are also preferred. The Deputy Executive Officer will be expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct, ensure the company's EEO policies are upheld, and contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment.
