About the Role

Candidates for the COO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being a plus, and have at least 10 years' of experience in the technology or a related industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, a passion for creating high-performing teams, and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. Experience in telecom communications, particularly in mobile wireless networks, and a background in managing large teams are highly valued. The COO must be a decisive leader with a big-picture perspective, capable of driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and customer focus.
