This role is pivotal in acting as a bridge between the CEO, executive leadership team, and investors, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring consistent follow-through. Key responsibilities include partnering with the CEO to prioritize and advance strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional coordination, preparing board and investor materials, monitoring performance metrics, and improving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support, with a preference for those with experience in wealth management or financial services. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant roles, with a focus on strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support. A background in wealth management or financial services is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a high level of integrity, discretion, and an ownership mindset. An MBA or advanced degree is also preferred.
