About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Pediatric Urology to lead and advance its mission of providing the highest level of care to children with urological conditions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and mission-driven leader, with a strong clinical background in pediatric urology, including experience in program development and mentorship. The role involves shaping the future of pediatric urology services, with a focus on academic contributions and clinical research. The ideal candidate will have a background in robotic surgery, particularly with an interest in Spina Bifida, and will be expected to demonstrate strong communication, emotional intelligence, a commitment to diversity, and professionalism in their leadership. Candidates for the Chief of Pediatric Urology position at the company should hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD, with board certification in Pediatric Urology, and be eligible for academic rank. The role requires the ability to treat all pediatric urological conditions and perform general and complex surgeries within the specialty. The Chief will be part of a robust community of pediatric specialists and will have the opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered environment that is dedicated to enhancing the experience for children and families. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to make a lasting impact on the lives of the children served by the organization.
