About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant or Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategy to serve as the chief enrollment officer. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President level should have a baccalaureate degree, with a strong preference for a master’s degree, and at least 5 years of professional experience in admissions. For the Associate Vice President level, a baccalaureate degree is required, with a strong preference for a master’s degree, and at least 10 years of professional experience in admissions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, a deep understanding of best practices, and a data-driven approach. Essential skills include the ability to evaluate research and data, communicate effectively, and influence a group to work towards a common goal.
