About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the financial activities of the corporation, including the preparation of financial reports, and summaries, and forecasts for future growth. This executive will also oversee the accounting and finance department, budget preparation, and audit functions, and work closely with other department heads to monitor and make recommendations on financial results. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer include managing the asset/liability profile, supervising the budgeting process, leading liquidity risk management, and generating and supervising various financial reports. The role demands a professional with a strong background in banking, accounting, or a related financial field, who is adept at operating in a highly regulated environment and has experience with regulatory exams. The ideal candidate for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related area, with a graduate degree or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of work experience in a relevant financial field is required, along with proficiency in financial statement analysis and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The role also calls for a professional with a proven track record of making prudent, timely decisions, and demonstrating strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, customer service, and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to supervise others, make decisions, and analyze data. The Chief Financial Officer will be expected to interact with the Board of Directors, assist in monitoring the company's regulatory capital position, and ensure compliance with Basel III requirements.
