About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP CRA Compliance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of Consumer and CRA Compliance Management Programs, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves driving the success of the CRA program, conducting data integrity reviews, and generating reports to support strategic decision-making and enhance community impact. The VP CRA Compliance Officer will also work with various stakeholders to identify CRA-related opportunities, facilitate training, and maintain the bank's CRA Public File. Applicants for the VP CRA Compliance Officer position at the company should be proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Bank Compliance position is desired, along with previous experience in regulatory examinations and audits. Compliance certification from an industry compliance school is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, have a strong understanding of CRA regulations, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
