About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, ensuring that financial and operational aspects of the organization are in alignment with the company's long-standing commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving the financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, while also championing a culture of safety and driving productivity through continuous improvement and efficient resource use. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in operationally intensive industries. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include leading all financial operations, driving strategic planning, and providing leadership for the company's tax strategy. The successful candidate will also be involved in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and support for new business opportunities, as well as overseeing M&A strategy and ensuring the integration aligns with the company's standards. The CFO will be expected to build and lead high-performing teams, interact with the Board of Directors, and ensure that all financial resources are aligned with the company's objectives. The role requires a leader who embodies the company's values, is a strong communicator, and is adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in supporting growth, transformation, or M&A environments is preferred, and the candidate should be resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced work environment.
