About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Clinical Development to lead and manage clinical programs in the fields of dermatology, immunology, or ophthalmology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of these programs, ensuring compliance with GCP and alignment with the company's objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining relationships with clinical investigators and key opinion leaders, and overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory documents. The ideal candidate should have an MD degree with a specialization in one of the relevant fields, a minimum of 3 years of clinical development experience in the biotech or pharma industry, and a proven track record in successful clinical program management. Applicants for the Head of Clinical Development position at the company should possess an MD degree or equivalent with a specialization in dermatology, immunology, or ophthalmology, and a strong background in Phase II clinical trials. A minimum of 3 years of clinical development experience, particularly within a startup environment, is required. The role demands extensive knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and the BLA process, as well as familiarity with RNAi technology and its application in clinical development. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
