About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic Regional Vice President to lead its Retail team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of Directors and Enterprise Account Executives, with a focus on achieving team quotas, new logo acquisition, and expanding the adoption of the company's data and AI ecosystem among strategic retail customers. This role requires a leader who can inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes, and who is passionate about helping customers and partners succeed. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with developing trusted relationships, fostering continuous learning, and leading enterprise growth planning to ensure a predictable, high-growth business. Candidates for this position should have a proven track record in building high-growth sales teams, particularly within the big data, cloud, or SaaS sales industry, and a history of exceeding sales quotas. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of value selling, structured sales methodologies, and experience in developing partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a collaborative team culture, live the company's core values, and be adept at scaling and accelerating sales through data consumption models and AI-driven business transformation initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through the adoption of the company's data intelligence platform.
