About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of AI Enablement to take on a newly created, greenfield role at the VP level. This position is pivotal in bridging the modern data stack and AI tools with the 50+ brands that the company operates. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full AI lifecycle, from strategy to deployment, and will be expected to spend significant time in the field with brand operators to understand their needs and ensure the adoption of AI solutions. The role demands a change agent who can demonstrate the value of AI, is a power user of LLM-based tools, and is technically curious across modern data stacks and workflow automation. The Head of AI Enablement will also be tasked with building and leading a team, developing AI governance frameworks, and aligning AI priorities with business outcomes. Applicants for the Head of AI Enablement role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' in technology leadership, with at least 3 years' in AI, product, or digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering AI or automation projects end-to-end and hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, workflow automation, and modern data stacks. Experience in designing and deploying multi-agent AI systems, as well as building AI governance frameworks, is essential. The role requires a leader who can manage technical teams, translate between field operations and engineering, and has a background in application or development. Commercial instinct and the ability to tie AI investment to business metrics are also key. The Head of AI Enablement will be measured on AI tool adoption, time-to-value, and their contribution to the company's value drivers in the first year.
