About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and supporting the mission of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for aligning financial strategy with operational goals, growth priorities, and long-term sustainability efforts. This executive leader will partner with senior leadership to provide accurate financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive major business decisions. Key responsibilities include overseeing core financial areas such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management, and leading the preparation of annual financial reports. The CFO will also be instrumental in strengthening collaboration among finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and operational teams to enhance performance and transparency. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a minimum of 5 years' of senior-level financial leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or a similarly complex service environment. Expertise in annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight is essential, as is a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations. The role requires a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across executive, operational, and finance teams, and experience in leading teams through organizational growth while enhancing financial discipline. The CFO should be adept at translating financial data into actionable guidance and possess excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to earn credibility across functions.
