About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the senior operational leader for its rapidly scaling pizzeria platform. The COO will be tasked with owning all restaurant-level performance across a multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio, driving EBITDA growth, and ensuring operational discipline. This role is pivotal in leading field operations, P&L performance, and building a high-performance operating structure. The successful candidate will also be responsible for standardizing systems, processes, and training, as well as partnering with the CEO and PE sponsor on growth strategy and platform expansion. The ideal COO will have over 10 years' of senior multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant platforms, with a proven track record in a private equity or high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include leading the integration of new acquisitions, overseeing new store openings, and optimizing the guest experience. The role demands a hands-on, disciplined, and execution-oriented leader with a deep understanding of unit economics, EBITDA drivers, and operational KPIs. The COO will also be expected to serve as a culture carrier and leadership standard across the organization, and to implement KPI dashboards, reporting cadence, and operating rhythms.
