About the Role

The role demands a deep expertise in healthcare finance and accounting, particularly within an integrated delivery system, and a strong understanding of reimbursement models, capital and operating finance, and the financial interdependencies of clinical, academic, and research missions. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be adept at synthesizing complex financial, operational, and strategic information to inform high-stakes decisions. The role requires the ability to translate financial analyses into actionable insights for senior leaders and a proven track record of building alignment across independent units.
