About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Chief Medical Officer to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and implementation of the organization's healthcare strategy, with a primary focus on ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, leading the development of clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and regulations. The Associate Chief Medical Officer will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, representing the organization in external forums, and contributing to the management of the annual budget for clinical operations. Applicants must hold a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, be board-certified in primary care or a related specialty, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and the ability to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, as is a strong commitment to the highest ethical standards and a passion for community health and well-being. The Associate Chief Medical Officer will also be expected to actively participate in the recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality medical staff, and to provide clinical leadership in various critical situations.
