About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations for its multi-unit QSR portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the operational and financial performance of the units, with a strong focus on driving Average Unit Volume and EBITDA growth. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between corporate strategy and frontline execution, ensuring operational excellence and the integration of cutting-edge restaurant technology. Key responsibilities include overseeing the rollout of unified commerce platforms, optimizing throughput with BOH automation tools, and maintaining brand consistency through standardization. The VP of Operations will also be responsible for P&L mastery, data stewardship, and strategic scaling in partnership with the development team. Candidates for the VP of Operations position must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in QSR or fast casual, with at least 5 years at the Director or VP level. Technical literacy in modern QSR tech stacks is essential, as is a proven track record in integrating M&A targets or scaling a brand. The role demands a leader with a strong focus on cultural leadership, workforce strategy, and a people-first approach. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality, with an MBA preferred, and be prepared to travel up to 50% for operational audits and site visits. Key performance indicators for the role include financial metrics, speed of service, growth in unit integration, and people and guest satisfaction.
