About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to join their team. The successful candidate will be the chief development officer, working closely with the CEO/President and Board of Directors to ensure that the organization's mission is supported and that resources are effectively grown. This role is pivotal in providing vision, leadership, and execution of a global advancement strategy that is in line with the company's focus on advancing the Great Commission. The VP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising, donor engagement, and communications, with the goal of cultivating strong, transformative relationships with a variety of partners. Applicants for the Vice President of Advancement position at the company should be prepared to take on a strategic leadership role within the Senior Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and a deep understanding of how to align financial support with the mission of the organization.
