About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through innovative financial solutions and strategic leadership. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial activities. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team, preparing and presenting strategic financial insights to stakeholders, and leading mergers and acquisitions strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 11 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis, as well as strong ERP system knowledge, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution within the fintech or financial services industries, exceptional leadership and team management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with mergers and acquisitions processes and the ability to integrate financial processes with industry standards are also key requirements for this role.
