About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate VP of Revenue Cycle to lead and shape the future of healthcare finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving impactful strategies, optimizing operations, and leading innovative initiatives within a multi-state healthcare organization. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with executive management, and a focus on enhancing the efficiency of financial processes. The VP will also be tasked with analyzing revenue cycle metrics, maintaining expertise in healthcare finance, and ensuring compliance with reimbursement programs and regulations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of hospital revenue cycle management experience in a multi-state health system. A Master's degree and CPA certification are preferred. The role requires at least seven years of system-level leadership experience in revenue cycle operations and proficiency in EPIC, Meditech, and Change Healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to travel as needed, and a proven track record of success in leading revenue cycle operations for large healthcare organizations. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with financial leaders, overseeing centralized business offices, and supporting the implementation of advanced healthcare technology solutions.
