The Head of School will be the chief storyteller and advocate for the school, working in partnership with division heads to recruit and retain exceptional faculty and staff. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have a deep understanding of and appreciation for the joys of working in a Toddler-Grade 8 educational environment. Professional qualifications should include expertise in curriculum and instruction, enrollment management, school operations, fundraising, finance, and governance.
