About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving revenue within its fleet services division. This senior commercial sales leader will have full ownership of the sales organization, with responsibilities that include setting and executing sales strategy, annual planning, and leading a geographically dispersed team of account managers. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing performance, closing complex, long-cycle commercial deals, and ensuring the team is supported in all aspects of the sales process. Additionally, the role involves owning the department's P&L, reviewing and qualifying commercial deals, and staying abreast of market trends and competitive activity. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial fleet services or related transportation solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals with operational buyers and experience in managing multi-region, dispersed sales organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can identify new business targets, protect the existing customer base, and ensure the team meets both aggregate and branch-level goals.
