About the Role

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial and administrative management, be adept at building and leading teams, and have a genuine commitment to the public realm and the civic health of the community. Experience in a leadership role within a New York City Business Improvement District or government is a strong asset. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a hands-on approach to operations.
