About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise infrastructure strategy, with a focus on enhancing operational resilience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, as well as advising executive leadership on technology direction and long-term investments. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, security frameworks, and service management, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Technology include overseeing the development of operational standards, technical documentation, and internal communications to ensure consistency and accountability. The role also involves directing infrastructure and platform initiatives, preparing and delivering updates for board meetings, and managing audit readiness efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years' experience leading large technology teams, and a strong foundation in data center operations, network monitoring, and management platforms. Familiarity with security and governance standards, as well as experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery approaches, is essential. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in team development and vendor management.
