This role is pivotal in stewarding long-standing relationships with leadership donors while actively cultivating the next generation of supporters. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, as well as team leadership and internal collaboration to enhance development operations and systems. Applicants for the Vice President of Advancement position at the company should be warm, engaging, and strategic leaders with 8-10 years of relevant nonprofit fundraising experience.
