About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Development to spearhead its inorganic growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing and originating acquisition opportunities within the RIA and wealth management sector, as well as leading the end-to-end execution of transactions. This includes financial modeling, valuation analysis, structuring, negotiation, and closing. The role also involves strategic analysis to evaluate potential acquisitions against the firm's priorities and requires a deep understanding of RIA economics, operational models, and key value drivers. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have 4-10 years' of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory, with a direct background in the wealth management or RIA sector. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in sourcing and executing acquisitions, strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
