About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial operations and long-term financial strategy, ensuring strong fiscal management, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic business partnering. They should demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex financial environments and support executive decision-making through data-driven insight. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable, as is experience improving financial systems, leading teams, and driving operational and financial transformation initiatives within growth-focused organizations.
