About the Role

This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in franchise development, operations management, and business growth, who can lead the franchise recruitment process, negotiate agreements, and oversee the onboarding of new franchisees. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining operational excellence, brand integrity, and maximizing profitability across the franchise network. Applicants for the Vice President of Franchise position at the company should have a minimum of X years' experience in a senior leadership role within franchise operations, with a strong understanding of franchise regulations, contract negotiation, and compliance requirements. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
