About the Role

Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in nonprofit or social services organizations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a candidate with strong technical skills in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and accounting systems, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
