About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to champion the interests of its members and enhance the quality of home care and hospice services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in association leadership, advocacy, member engagement, and strategic management. As the chief staff officer, the Executive Director will work in close collaboration with the Board of Directors to steer the organization's strategic vision and manage its operations, finances, programs, and member services. This role also involves being the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization, engaging with policymakers, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the home care and hospice industry. They will be responsible for driving the mission of the organization, which is to support high-quality, accessible home care and hospice services, and to foster a strong and sustainable provider community. The role requires a candidate who can effectively represent a diverse membership of providers and is committed to shaping the legislative and regulatory environment for home-based care. Experience in leading a member-driven nonprofit association and a strong network within the industry are essential. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in providing advocacy, education, networking, and professional resources to the member organizations.
