About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Americas region. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the operational heartbeat of the finance functions with a global remit, enhancing the financial infrastructure to support future acquisitions, and championing a data-led, technology-driven function. This role is pivotal in leading the integration of acquisitions, aligning reporting standards, and ensuring the finance function is forward-looking, providing insights, and tracking data utilization. The CFO will also be responsible for all treasury and working capital management, as well as championing internal control improvement to support a high-growth environment. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must be CPA, CMA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in advertising, marketing services, or creative agencies. Experience in a private equity-backed company is desired. The role requires a strategic leader who can impact global strategy, integrate acquisitions, and oversee various financial aspects, including transfer pricing, investor requirements, and high-level board reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be adept at mentoring a team, and be prepared to transition the finance function to a more proactive, insight-driven model.
