About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the development and maintenance of a robust operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operations backbone, including fulfillment, inventory, customer experience, and vendor relationships. This role demands a leader with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing strategic planning with tactical execution, and who can thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment. Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include cross-functional leadership, serving as the primary liaison between various teams, and owning the 3PL relationship to ensure performance and quality standards. The role also involves managing inventory and planning, supporting the CX team, and establishing KPIs for performance tracking. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have 5-7+ years' of experience in operations leadership, preferably in DTC fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing 3PLs, customer service teams, and scaling operations. Strong analytical skills, a systems-thinking approach, and proficiency in relevant tools are essential. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional organizer with a keen attention to detail, comfortable in an ambiguous and startup-like environment, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. The Head of Operations will also be expected to be proactive in problem-solving, willing to travel, and work flexible hours during peak periods.
