The Company is in search of a Hospice Executive Director to take on a pivotal leadership role within a local hospice program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of hospice operations, including day-to-day execution, staff leadership, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This position demands a strong local operator with a deep understanding of hospice operations, the market, and a proven track record in team building, driving growth, and leading high-performing branches. The Executive Director will be expected to lead from the front, build and maintain the right team, and foster a culture that is focused on quality care, accountability, and long-term success. Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director role at the company must have a background in hospice, be local to the Denver market, and possess strong local market knowledge and relationships. A minimum of 3-5 years' of hospice operations management experience is required, along with a broad understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements. The role calls for a leader with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills. The Executive Director will be tasked with overseeing the branch's financial performance, developing and managing the annual budget, and driving growth by expanding referral and client relationships.
