About the Role

Key responsibilities for the CFO include financial and performance management, financial planning and analysis, operational and cost optimization, and leadership of the finance team. The role also involves overseeing financial management and controls, leading strategic initiatives, and managing external stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will be a senior finance executive with a proven track record in operationally intensive businesses, adept at margin analysis, inventory management, and financial performance optimization. They should be comfortable working onsite, closely embedded in operations, and have the ability to influence company direction and performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
