About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization, translating market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the space sector into a clear roadmap for growth. You will oversee all major functions—sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, talent, ensuring cohesion and alignment across teams. You will be responsible for the financial health of the business: budgeting, forecasting, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and ensuring strong unit economics. The role requires you to be the face of the company externally: building relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders; representing the company in industry forums and with clients; and ensuring brand strength and reputation. Internally, you must set culture, build and grow a high‑performance leadership team, promote innovation, and ensure the company scales its processes, infrastructure, and organization effectively and sustainably. Candidates should bring substantial leadership experience, ideally having held senior executive or founder roles in startup or scale‑up environments, especially in fast‑paced, high‑growth sectors such as tech, space, or recruiting. A strong track record of designing and executing business strategy, achieving measurable growth, raising capital, and managing financial performance is essential. You’ll need excellent communication, stakeholder management, and public speaking skills: able to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders (investors, partners, customers). You should be comfortable making high‑stakes decisions with limited information, adept at balancing short‑term execution with long‑term strategic thinking. The ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent, build culture, and scale operations is a must. Relevant educational background (business, tech or related) and prior exposure to markets similar in scale or complexity will be a significant plus.
