Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in Farmington, IL.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Client requires ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care settings and familiarity with common documentation systems used in SNFs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with Medicare documentation and restorative nursing programs preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 to 16:30.
- Shift Pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
