Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Etters, PA working in an outpatient setting. Provide evaluation, plan of care and treatment to promote patient functional return to community activities. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Educate patients, families and students. Maintain documentation, follow physician direction and ensure care is provided under valid orders and within insurance approval as applicable. Adhere to professional standards, organizational Code of Conduct and safety policies.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
  • Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document in a timely manner, and follow state practice act and payer guidelines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising students and participating in clinical education.
  • Experience with documentation of letters of medical necessity and charge entry.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule pattern: 5x8 with varied daily hours.
  • Typical weekly schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00–19:00 (10-hour shifts) and Tuesday, Friday 8:00–13:00 with some flexibility.
  • 13-week assignment with option to extend.
  • May be required to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance and competency program expectations.
