Marketing and Client Engagement Manager

New Image is looking to bring aboard a Marketing and Client Engagement Manager!  This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and client engagement initiatives that support business growth, client retention, and brand awareness. This role oversees marketing strategy, CE programs, sales enablement, client onboarding support, and key client engagement initiatives.

Working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external partners, this individual will serve as a strategic connector between marketing, client experience, and business development efforts.

This role will be based in our Morrow, GA office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across website, email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Manage and optimize the company's CRM platform to support lead generation, client engagement, and marketing performance tracking
• Monitor marketing analytics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital and client-facing touchpoints

Website Strategy & Management

• Serve as the primary liaison to the company’s website development partner
• Collaborate on website enhancements, functionality improvements, content updates, and user experience optimization
• Identify and prioritize website initiatives that support business objectives, lead generation, and client engagement

Client CE Program

• Lead the planning, development, promotion, and execution of continuing education programs and events for clients
• Coordinate with internal team members, external speakers, and industry partners to deliver valuable educational experiences
• Manage event logistics, communications, registration processes, and attendee credit submission in compliance with the AGD accreditation (Academy of General Dentistry)

Sales Enablement & Client Support

• Develop sales and marketing materials that support business development efforts, including presentations, brochures, educational resources, and client communications
• Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives
• Support the onboarding process for new clients by creating resources and communications that facilitate a positive client experience and successful adoption of services

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Plan and execute annual client appreciation and gifting initiatives to strengthen relationships and enhance client loyalty
• Identify opportunities to create meaningful client touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to support client retention and engagement strategies

Tradeshow & Event Management

• Lead planning and execution of tradeshow participation in partnership with the Sales Manager
• Coordinate booth logistics, marketing materials, promotional items, event communications, and on-site support requirements
• Ensure tradeshow initiatives align with broader marketing and sales objectives and deliver a professional brand experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs across both digital and traditional channels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, external vendors, and business partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, website management, and marketing analytics – knowledge of icortica a plus
• Event, CE program, tradeshow management experience preferred
