Role Overview
The Administrative Staff member will support daily operations, coordinate client communications, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a technical service environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication Respond to client inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide status updates.

Case Documentation Maintain accurate records, intake forms, service agreements, and recovery reports.

Workflow Coordination Assist technicians by organizing case queues, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.

Administrative Support Handle email correspondence, data entry, filing, and internal communication.

Billing & Invoicing Prepare invoices, track payments, and coordinate with the finance team.

Customer Experience Ensure clients receive timely, clear, and professional service throughout their case.

Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM tools).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Professional, reliable, and detail oriented work style.

Preferred Qualifications
