MPL (Material Planning, Purchasing & Logistics) ERP Specialist

Responsibilities:
Forecast demand for materials based on historical data, market trends, and production schedules;
Maintain an accurate system of record for inventory supplies and ensure compliance with supply specifications and deliveries Verify all bill of materials (BoMs) for each production order before it enters a specific station;
Develop and manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials, and maintain inventory control and report anticipated material requests;
Maintain proper inventory levels and essential inventory accuracy between the actual inventory and the ERP program; Process purchase orders and managing the procurement process from requisition to delivery;
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the ERP system modules related to material planning, purchasing, and logistics;
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data within the ERP system, including material master data, supplier information, and inventory records;
Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse activities utilizing ERP and planning for inventory and shipping process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or closely related field of study; and Minimum one (1) year of experience in Material, Purchasing & Logistics ERP management.
