Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Summa Health (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - RNs only - Will draw own labs; must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood.

Required Credentials: - RNs only - Must have graduated from an accredited nursing school. - RRT preferred; CRT accepted if registry eligible and has appropriate experience. - Driver’s License/State ID

Unit Details: - All adult, acute care, Level 1 Trauma Center.

5 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
