Rinvio is recruiting for the Construction Manager - Fire Protection/Mechanical/Plumbing lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on fire protection systems, sprinkler/pre-action interfaces, fire water coordination, mechanical/plumbing tie-ins, inspection readiness, testing support, and turnover.

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Coordinate fire protection installation, fire water/piping interfaces, inspection milestones, testing support, and punch closeout
- Track sprinkler, pre-action, fire pump, mechanical, plumbing, and ceiling/architectural coordination constraints
- Keep fire protection work aligned with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, QA, safety, and commissioning teams
